11th Workshop of the French Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) Network

The 11th RAFALD workshop was held on the Saint-Martin d'Hères campus and brought together 130 participants, including 20 industry representatives.

The first half-day of training on ALD technology brought together young researchers from the RAFALD Research Group and students Polytech Grenoble at theUniversité Grenoble Alpes ofUniversité Grenoble Alpes.

Numerous scientific presentations followed over the course of the three days. This annual event provided a unique opportunity for both experts and novices in the field of atomic layer deposition and etching (ALD and ALE) to exchange ideas and discuss the latest innovations and applications.
