Three new HAL publications from the DisCoRaP project (Launch 2025)

February 11, 2026

Three new scientific publications have just been added to the LabEx EnergyAlps HAL collection. This research was conducted as part of the DisCoRaP seed project DisCoRaP (2025), funded by LabEx.

These contributions build on previous research into the control and optimization of complex dynamic systems, with applications to energy and environmental systems.

🔹 Invariance and Constrained Systems

The first paper presents new theoretical results onthe invariance of constrained dynamical systems, with mathematical guarantees for the safety and robustness of admissible trajectories. This work provides useful analytical tools for the control of physical systems subject to structural or operational constraints.

🔹 Distributed optimization

The second article exploresdistributed optimization methods relevant to multi-agent networks and interconnected energy systems. The results represent advances in the convergence, coordination, and scalability of the algorithms.

🔹 Modeling and monitoring of environmental phenomena

The third paper explores an approach based on partial differential equations (PDEs) for modeling and controlling complex spatial dynamics, with an application to propagation phenomena (e.g., wildfires). This work opens up new avenues for the control of spatially distributed systems.
