Project leaders
The LabEx EnergyAlps leadership team is responsible for strategy and community coordination. It reports to the academic authorities on its activities. It consists of five members:

Board
The LabEx EnergyAlps steering committee recommends actions to be taken and, following an expert review, proposes projects for funding. In addition to the management team, it consists of 12 members, with two representatives per work package:
- WP1: Pascal Rain (G2Elab - UGA) & Nicolas Galopin (G2Elab - UGA)
- WP2: Anne Dalmasso (LARHRA - UGA) & Gilles Debizet (PACTE)
- WP3: Martin Heusse (LIG - Grenoble INP - UGA) & Yann Laurillau (LIG - UGA)
- WP4: David Eon (NEEL - Grenoble INP - UGA) & Romain Gwoziecki (LETI - CEA)
- WP5: Carlos Canudas de Wit (GIPSALab - CNRS) & Franck Corset (LJK - UGA)
- WP6: Amélie Favreau (CRJ - UGA) & Béatrice Rousillon (GAEL - UGA)
Research unit directors committee
The Committee of Unit Directors approves the proposed budget for LabEx EnergyAlps for the coming year. It decides on the launch of calls for proposals and approves funding for the projects submitted in response to those calls. The committee is composed of the unit directors involved in the project.
Steering Committee
The LabEx EnergyAlps Steering Committee determines the scientific, technological, and financial strategy, taking into account proposals from the management and the recommendations of the Unit Directors’ Committee. It is composed of representatives from the institutions and organizations that serve as the sponsoring or co-sponsoring bodies for the EnergyAlps research units.
